The world we build creates mountains of waste. But what if those mountains were the foundation for something beautiful?
Construction and demolition waste is the largest waste stream in the EU. Nearly 40% of everything we throw away comes from buildings. Most of it gets buried or turned into road fill.
We think that's a waste of a waste.

How we work
Born circular — structural advantage over companies trying to transform from linear models.
Local sourcing — ceramic waste from regional streams, minimising transport and creating local material loops.
On-demand production — no overstock, no new waste in the making.
Engineered for end-of-life — every piece designed for recycling within the same material streams.
Co-developed with clients— new formats built together, finding the right solution for each project whilst pushing what circular materials can be.
Designed and made in Sweden — built to scale anywhere. Our local waste loop model can be replicated wherever construction waste exists.

Material Innovation
Our first circular material — and proof that waste can outperform what it replaces. Made from ≥85% recovered ceramic waste, it has the aesthetic of stone, concrete and terrazzo, without the extraction or the emissions.
What it's made of. What it can do;
- Low embodied CO₂e (est. ~150 kg CO₂e/t)*
- ≥85% recovered waste inputs
- Sand-free, non-toxic composition
- Stone- and concrete-like aesthetic
- Custom colours, textures and marbling
- Durable, project-ready performance
- Installs and handles like concrete
- Designed for end-of-life recycling
- Sourced and produced in Sweden

Process
Source — manufacturing off-cuts and post-demolition ceramics, collected from local streams.
Process — fragments cleaned, processed and combined with sustainable binding systems.
Result — ReCeramix™: valuable resources kept in circulation, with new aesthetic possibilities from what was once refused.
Model — asset-light, producing through local partners and turning waste into a regional resource.
Proven in — the award-winning Reminder lamp: ReCeramix™ paired with deadstock textiles, repurposed ventilation pipes and fossil-free steel.
Standard — every product decision prioritises verifiable environmental impact across the full lifecycle.
