A family of ceiling lamps inspired by the ocean, with shades that resembling the form of open oyster shells. The light is placed on a cup made from Enkei's own material innovation Receramix™. The lamps can be displayed alone or in groups, reflecting the gentle movement of waves.

Design: Louise Bahrton / Enkei

Sizes: small, medium, and large. The large “Pearl” version, created for the Fotografiska museum originally, features a visible light source symbolizing a pearl, while the standard version offers a soft, less direct glow.
Shade: Made from discarded sails, deadstock textiles, or ocean-waste fabrics.
Price: €1365–€1690 (14,900–18,500 SEK) excl VAT, depending on size and material.

The shades can be crafted from deadstock textile, discarded sails or a fabric made entirely from ocean waste.

Note: the discarded sails tells the material’s history and has traces from it’s former journeys. Irt can therefor have patina with colour marks, crossing seams or minor texture differences. It's a making each sail unique.
